I taught English 9, 10 and 11 at Nazareth Academy for 14 years and English 8 and Theology 6,7,8 for 1 year at Nazareth Hall Middle School. My favorite literary period to teach is American Literature which I will again be teaching this year in the English 11 Regents course. I also have the opportunity again to teach an elective at Aquinas called College Prep. In this class we will be researching colleges, writing the college essay, reviewing for SATs, and practicing the skills necessary for a successful freshman year in college. I am a graduate of Nazareth College and have both my Bachelors and Masters in Education degrees from there. I have spent my entire life in Catholic education; first as a student, then a teacher, next as a parent and now again as a teacher. I have two grown children. My son Jonathan is a graduate of Bishop Kearney and is married to Andrea. My daughter Kim is a graduate of Nazareth Academy and is a music teacher at Jefferson Road School in Pittsford.
