Q. What tuition payment plans do you offer?
A. The following payment options are available in 2013-2014:

(1)The savings is a combination of the discount and saved ACH set up fee of $38.
NOTE: If you choose a one-time annual payment plan and do not make your payment by August 9, 2013 and change your payment selection, you will (1) lose your one-time payment discount and (2)incur a $50 payment plan change fee.
· 12 month option (July ’13 – June ’14) Provides the lowest monthly payment option. Families authorize automatic payment for either the 5th or the 20th of the month.
· 11 month option (August ’13 – June ’14) Provides the lowest monthly payment option. Families authorize automatic payment for either the 5th or the 20th of the month.
· Senior Plans: All seniors must be paid in full by May 31, 2014.

*An annual fee of $38 per family is will be assessed by Aquinas to utilize this option.
Q. How is the annual processing fee paid to Aquinas?
A. The annual fee is currently $38 per family,and will be withdrawn from your bank account the first week of the month your payments begin. (i.e. 11 monthly payments beginning in August, the fee will pull the first week of August).
Q. We currently have a FACTS Agreement established for payments to Nazareth Schools. Do we need to set-up a new ACH monthly payment plan with Aquinas?
A. Yes. All families need to set-up a new ACH Agreement in order to make installment payments.

Q. Do you offer a sibling discount?
A. The Financial Aid Chart calculation includes all family dependents for the consideration of financial aid. The more dependent points the larger the aid award.
Q. How much financial aid can we expect to receive?
A The Aquinas Financial Aid Chart is a helpful tool in determining aid. We will consider any extraordinary circumstances experienced in the household if you describe them in writing to us and include it with your application.
Q. When will we know the amount of our Financial Aid?
A. Financial aid letters will be mailed to families who meet registration requirements by April 13, 2013, and apply for aid by April 30, 2013, will be notified of their aid award by May 31, 2013.
Q. I received financial aid last school year, do I still have to apply for 2013-2014?
A. Yes, in order to receive a financial aid award you must complete and return a financial aid application with all the necessary documentation each year that you are looking for assistance.
Q. What if I don’t want to complete and sign the IRS form 4506-T form?

Q. What registration paperwork is required in order for our student to be considered registered?
A. In order to be considered registered the following MUST be completed:
· Completed and Signed Tuition Payment Preference Form
· Full payment of Registration Fee – Payable to Aquinas Institute
· Student tuition account is current (without a past due balance)
· Families who currently utilize FACTS for payments and intend to continue with monthly payments you need to complete the ACH authorization form (include a void check)
· New Families must complete an ACH authorization form (include a void check)
· And all other required paperwork as noted on checklist for incoming NEW students
NOTE: All student tuition accounts must be current in order to be considered registered.
Q. What happens if we fail to complete and/or submit each of the registration requirements listed above?
A. In the absence of each of the required registration materials, your student will not be considered registered for 2013-2014.This may result in your student not receiving selected courses, or being placed on a waiting list. Delays in returning your complete packet will also increase the registration fee amount.
Q. How much is the registration fee for students new to Aquinas?
A. $200
Q. How much is the registration fee for returning students?
A. The registration fee is $200 if paid by 4/15/13.
The registration fee is $250 if paid between 4/16/13 and 4/30/13.
The registration fee is $300 if paid after 4/30/13
Q. Is the registration fee included intuition?
A. No, the registration fee secures your child’s place for the 2013-2014 school year
