Mr. Theodore N. Mancini, '88 A WELCOME MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Aquinas is a special place with a strong tradition rooted in over a century of a rich educational history in the Rochester community. The teachings and Charisms of the Congregation of St. Basil are the cornerstones of an Aquinas education.  We are also committed to nurturing the whole student in the Light of Christ as exemplified by our connection to the Sisters of Saint Joseph  through our partnership with Nazareth Elementary.

Aquinas was instrumental in making me the person I am today, and I am sure that Aquinas will have the same influence in the lives of the young ladies and gentlemen that grace these halls today. I encourage our students to take full advantage of everything AQ has to offer.  Aquinas is more than just a school; it is a way of life and a community. The Basilian motto, as well as the Aquinas motto "Credo quid quid dixit dei felius" I believe whatever the Son of God has said) is a challenge all AQ students should model.

HAVE PRIDE in AQ and the AQ COMMUNITY, PUT EDUCATION and
ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE FIRST

and always

HONOR and RESPECT the AQUINAS TRADITION

It is this attitude that the more than 19,000 men and women who have graduated from AQ since 1902 share.  What do they mean to you in the context of your life?

Peace,

Mr. Theodore N. Mancini '88
