EXAMINATION PERIOD Procedures: ELA Testing 2013

ALL STUDENTS WILL WRITE NYS ASSESSMENTS.
Students will write examinations in homeroom unless otherwise directed by Mrs. Baschnagel.
Please note that students will receive instruction in all classes during the testing period.
ONLY A DOCTOR’S EXCUSE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ABSENCES DURING THE EXAMINATION PERIOD.
The NYS ELA make-up days for students with excused absences are Friday, April 29^th, Monday, April 22^nd, and Tuesday, April 23^rd.
Cell phones, mp3 players, and other electronic devices are prohibited in examination rooms and may result in exam scores being voided.
Exam information will not be given over the phone. Examination schedules are posted on the AQ website, in the AQJH office, and are distributed to all students.
