About Gradebook:

Aquinas uses the Gradebook program, which allows parents and students to access their grades and communicate with teachers online.

You can access Gradebook from the homepage by clicking on the Gradebook icon on the right hand side of the slideshow or by the link from the Parent Resource page that says "Parent Gradebook Access."
If you have questions regarding Gradebook, please contact Mrs. Fronkowiak at (585) 254-2020, ext 1060 or sfronckowiak@aquinasinstitute.com.

About Checking Grades and Interim Reports:

Parents are encouraged to monitor their student's progress using the online Parent Gradebook Portal. Teachers post assignments and grades on the 1st and 15th of each month. Interim Reports are issued midway through the quarter. Teacher requests for conferences may be indicated on the interims.

Co-curricular eligibility is based on quarterly and interim reports. Report cards are posted quarterly. Parents will pick up report cards at the end of the 1st quarter. Teachers are available that afternoon and evening for a Parent-Teacher Conference. Teacher requests for parent conferences may be indicated on Gradebook at any point during a marking period.

You will come to a login screen requesting that you enter a username and password. Each student was given a user name (their student id) and an individual password. Please ask your student for the password. They were directed in homeroom to write their passwords in their agendas. If your student does not remember the assigned password, please email Gradebook tech support at gradebook@aquinasinstitute.com.

If you received a message saying "The page cannot be found," you do not need to do anything. This message means that the Gradebook is currently off-line.
