Placement Exams

Students entering 6th, 7th, and 9th grades are required to take a placement examination as part of Aquinas' admissions process. The first exams are typically offered the third Saturday in November, and the first two Saturdays in December of each preceding school year. Students who sit for these exams at Aquinas and earn a top five score will be eligible to receive a one-time $1,000 Kenneth P. Schleich ’46 Placement Exam Award.

After the November and December exams, Aquinas offers monthly make-up placement exams, however, students who sit for these exams will not be eligible for the Placement Exam Award.
